Discuss court maintenance ↗Assess the court before planning the work
Identify the installed court and turf, the age and usage of the facility, exposure to weather and any current problems. Share photographs of affected areas and previous maintenance records where available.
Turf care and surface replacement
Check the surface for debris, uneven infill, wear and changes in playing behaviour. Brushing, cleaning and infill management should follow the instructions for the installed turf. Discuss replacement when the condition of the surface requires an assessment.
Glass replacement, cleaning and repairs
Plan glass cleaning with suitable methods and products. Record visible concerns involving glazing, fixings, doors, nets, drainage and lighting. Structural or electrical concerns require the appropriate qualified specialist; a cleaning visit does not replace a safety assessment.
