Share the location, available plans, intended court count and whether the project is indoor, outdoor or covered. Access for delivery and lifting, surrounding buildings, utilities and space around the courts all affect the installation plan.
Define foundations, drainage and lighting
Confirm the civil works and anchoring requirements for the selected court with the relevant qualified professionals. For outdoor sites, drainage and exposure need particular attention. Agree who is responsible for foundations, electrical work, lighting and any approvals before work starts.
Compare the scope of each quotation
Compare the exact court model, structure, glazing, turf, lighting, transport, installation and handover documentation. Ask what is included, what is excluded and which tasks must be completed by others. A court-only price and a complete project quote cover different scopes.
Prepare installation and handover
