Planning Padel Facilities for Hotels, Municipalities & Sports Clubs in Israel
Prepare a padel facility brief for a hotel, municipality, kibbutz, country club or sports centre, with a clear budget, site review and operating responsibilities.
Match the project to the organisation
A padel facility should be planned around its intended users, site and operating model. IPG supports court supply, installation and maintenance projects across Israel, according to the project, alongside B2B equipment supply. IPG does not take on daily club management. The organisation or appointed operator remains responsible for running the facility.
Hotels and resorts
Clarify whether courts will serve guests only, members or outside customers. Consider reception arrangements, equipment storage, booking access, staffing, opening hours and proximity to accommodation. Include maintenance access in the site plan so that routine work can be coordinated with guest activity.
Municipalities, kibbutzim and community facilities
Define the intended users, public access arrangements and responsibility for the site. Establish who funds the build and who handles bookings, staffing, maintenance and equipment after opening. Where procurement requirements apply, prepare a specification and evaluation criteria through the organisation’s own process. This guide does not establish tender eligibility or a planning approval.
Country clubs, sports centres and academies
Review how padel fits the existing membership and sports offer. Assess access, changing facilities, circulation and the effect of additional activity on shared spaces. An academy may need storage and equipment for organised sessions; the operator should define coaching and staffing arrangements. For an existing tennis area, obtain a technical feasibility review before deciding on conversion.
Site and planning review
Before committing to equipment, ask your project professionals and the relevant authority to assess the intended use, works and approvals for the actual site. A court, lighting installation and roof may raise different questions. Use the Planning Administration’s construction licensing information as a starting point for the official process. Do not assume that every padel project follows the same route.
Feasibility, business plan and operating costs
Build scenarios using your own assumptions for opening hours, utilisation, realised booking price and seasonality. Keep investment costs separate from rent, staff, utilities, maintenance, insurance, software and other running costs. Record the evidence behind each assumption and test a lower-demand scenario. A forecast is not a promised return.
Assign daily management, customer service, cleaning, inspections, bookings and incident handling before opening. IPG can provide court maintenance contracts, repairs and glass replacement; these services do not replace the operator’s day-to-day management responsibilities.
Projects across Israel
Send your actual city and site details, whether the project is in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Beer Sheva, Netanya, Herzliya, Rishon LeZion, Ashdod or elsewhere in the centre, Sharon, north or south. IPG assesses installation and maintenance needs throughout Israel according to the project. Travel, access and scheduling are confirmed for the site; these locations do not imply local branches.
Prepare the project brief
Include the organisation, location, available land or building information, intended users, number of courts, budget assumptions, target opening and nominated operator. Existing IPG project information is available on the Projects page.
